Things I have built and still run. A few for other people, most for me.
Live
Reads the solar inverter directly and works out when to charge the battery on the cheap overnight window. It replaced a Home Assistant install I had got tired of maintaining, and it is the reason I am comfortable quoting for hardware integration work.
In use daily
A desktop app sitting over a folder of markdown: notes, memory, and a worker that gets on with jobs while I am not looking. Everything stays in plain files, so nothing is trapped inside it.
Shipped
A bespoke wedding page that becomes a remembering page afterwards. One couple, one small server, one word on the invitation. No app store, so no per-download fee and no review queue.
Live, private
An offline-first health journal for horses, built for someone standing in a field with no signal and a phone in one hand.
You are looking at it
Static HTML rendered at build time, no analytics and no cookies. Entries are markdown files in a folder, so writing one is a file and a rebuild.
