Frequently asked questions
Carrow Vale station is on the valley line, with trains every half hour through the festival weekend and a late service after the headliners finish. From the station it is a signposted ten-minute walk along the towpath to the entrance. If you are driving, use the Mill Lane car park on the edge of town, where a free shuttle bus runs to the gate every fifteen minutes from 10.00 until 01.00.
Yes, as long as you hold a Weekend ticket and add the camping add-on. The campsite is a flat meadow beside the entrance with hot showers, drinking-water points, a quiet family area and a small shop open from 07.00. You can pitch from midday on Friday 16 July and must be packed away by midday on Tuesday 20 July. Campervans have a separate paddock, which you can book at checkout.
Very much so. Under-16s need their own ticket and must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder. Children aged five and under come free. The Lantern Field has a family area with craft workshops each afternoon, and ear defenders are available to borrow from the information tent.
Bring a reusable water bottle, sun cream, a waterproof and a folding chair if you like. Sealed soft drinks and picnic food are welcome in the arena. Glass, alcohol, gazebos, drones and anything with a naked flame stay at home or at the campsite. Bags are checked on the way in, so please keep them small.
The main paths are trackway with a firm surface, and each stage has a raised viewing platform with a companion space. There are accessible toilets at every toilet block and an accessible camping area close to the entrance with a charging point for mobility scooters. Personal assistant tickets are free. Email us before the festival and we will make sure everything is ready for you.
The music carries on. The River Tent is fully covered, and the Main Stage and Lantern Field both have sheltered bars nearby. In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel a day for safety, you will get a full refund for that day within fourteen days. Bring wellies, just in case: this is a riverbank, after all.
Tickets are refundable in full up to 30 April 2027. After that, you can pass your ticket to a friend through the free name-change service until 10 July 2027. Loomwater Friends members can swap between Day and Weekend tickets at any time, paying only the difference.
